[ FAQ ]
Questions, with actual answers.
Straight answers about what a website costs here, how long it takes, who owns it, what hosting and domains involve, and how we handle search engines and AI assistants. Prices are $500, $1,000, and $1,833 for one, five, and ten pages, each a fixed project price rather than a subscription.
[ Price and payment ]
What it costs.
All three packages are on the pricing page with what each one covers.
01What does a website cost?+
Launch Page is $500 for one page, Business Site is $1,000 for up to five pages, and Growth Site is $1,833 for up to ten. Each is a fixed project price for the build, not a monthly subscription to us.
02What counts as a page?+
One unique URL and layout—like Home, Services, About, or Contact. Repeated items inside a page do not count as extra pages.
01How long does it take to get my site live?+
Launch Page is usually about 4–5 days, Business Site about 1–1⅓ weeks, and Growth Site about 1⅓–2 weeks. The clock starts when we have your services, hours, and photos, so most delays come from waiting on content.
02What do you need from me to start?+
The services you sell in your own words, the towns you serve, your hours, the phone number or booking link a customer should use, and photos of real work if you have them. A text message is a fine format. There is no forty-field intake form.
03Does this include copywriting?+
Every package includes content structure and editing. Full from-scratch copywriting can be scoped separately when you need it.
[ Owning it ]
Ownership, hosting, and updates.
01Do we own the finished site?+
Yes. Once the project is paid in full, the finished site and project-specific design are yours.
02What about hosting and domains?+
We will help connect both. The domain, hosting subscription, and any paid third-party services are billed directly to you, so nothing about your site is locked behind an account we control.
03Can you keep the site updated?+
Yes. We can quote a simple care plan or handle occasional updates after launch. It is not bundled into the project price.
[ Being found ]
Search engines and AI assistants.
How the crawl, retrieve, and cite loop works is explained on the Utah page.
01Will this help me show up on Google?+
We handle the on-page half: one page per service, titles and descriptions, structured data, a clean sitemap, and fast pages. Rankings also depend on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and your competition, so we will not promise a position.
02What about ChatGPT and other AI assistants?+
They read HTML and cite what they can parse. We publish clean markup, structured data, and a plain-text llms.txt listing your services and facts, which makes your business easier to retrieve and quote accurately. Nobody can promise you a citation, and anyone selling one is selling a slide deck.
[ Fit ]
Who we work with.
01Do you work with my kind of business?+
Most of our work is local service businesses: trades and home services, clinics, contractors, salons, professional offices, and property crews. If your customers find you by searching for a service in a town, this fits.
02Do you only work with businesses in Utah?+
Utah is where we live and where most of our work is, from Cache Valley and Box Elder County down the Wasatch Front. We work remotely with businesses elsewhere too — a website does not require a site visit.
