Trades and home services
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC crews, roofers, garage door repair.
[ Utah ]
We design and build websites for local service businesses in Utah: trades and home services, clinics, contractors, salons, and professional offices. Prices are fixed — $500 for one page, $1,000 for up to five, $1,833 for up to ten — and most sites launch within a week or two of the first call. We live in Cache Valley and Box Elder County and work across the state.
[ Who this is for ]
These are examples, not a menu. The work is the same shape across all of them: a handful of services, a service area, and a phone that needs to ring.
Plumbers, electricians, HVAC crews, roofers, garage door repair.
Dentists, chiropractors, physical therapists, optometrists.
General contractors, remodelers, concrete, fencing, excavation.
Salons, barbershops, lash and nail studios, massage therapists.
Lawyers, accountants, insurance agents, bookkeepers, agents.
Landscapers, lawn care, snow removal, cleaning, pest control.
[ Service area ]
We work with local service businesses across Utah, and we live in the northern part of the state.
Logan, Smithfield, Hyde Park, Hyrum, and the surrounding towns.
Brigham City, Tremonton, Perry, and Willard.
Ogden, Layton, Salt Lake City, and Utah County.
Everything else in the state, handled remotely — a website does not require a site visit.
[ Straight prices ]
Three packages, one fixed price each. The number you read here is the number in our structured data and the number on the invoice.
One page
$500 USD
↳ About 4–5 days
One scrolling page for a business that mainly needs to be found, understood, and called.
Solo operators and newer businesses with one core service.
Up to five pages
$1,000 USD
↳ About 1–1⅓ weeks
Up to five pages for a business with more than one service to explain.
Established local businesses that want a page per service instead of one long scroll.
Up to ten pages
$1,833 USD
↳ About 1⅓–2 weeks
Up to ten pages for a business that wants each service covered properly.
Multi-crew businesses competing for more than one service in more than one town.
Every package is a fixed project price, not a subscription. Timelines start the day we have your services, hours, and photos — not the day you pay.

Search is no longer ten blue links. A system crawls a page, retrieves the passage that answers a question, then cites a business. Every step depends on markup something can actually read—which is ordinary fundamentals, not a new acronym.
Step one
A crawler fetches your page and reads the HTML. Text locked inside JavaScript, a PDF, or a picture of your service list may as well not exist. Plain markup with real headings survives this step.
Step two
Someone asks for a plumber in Logan, or a dentist open on Saturday. The system pulls the passage that answers that question, which is why every page here opens with a short, factual answer instead of a slogan.
Step three
The answer names a business and links it. Structured data, a name and service area that match your other listings, and a plain-text llms.txt make it far easier to be the business that gets named.
[ Every package ]
This is the baseline, not an upsell. It is the same checklist we hold this website to.
[ Questions, answered ]
Launch Page is $500 for one page, Business Site is $1,000 for up to five pages, and Growth Site is $1,833 for up to ten. Each is a fixed project price for the build, not a monthly subscription to us.
Launch Page is usually about 4–5 days, Business Site about 1–1⅓ weeks, and Growth Site about 1⅓–2 weeks. The clock starts when we have your services, hours, and photos, so most delays come from waiting on content.
Utah is where we live and where most of our work is, from Cache Valley and Box Elder County down the Wasatch Front. We work remotely with businesses elsewhere too — a website does not require a site visit.
Most of our work is local service businesses: trades and home services, clinics, contractors, salons, professional offices, and property crews. If your customers find you by searching for a service in a town, this fits.
We handle the on-page half: one page per service, titles and descriptions, structured data, a clean sitemap, and fast pages. Rankings also depend on your Google Business Profile, your reviews, and your competition, so we will not promise a position.
