[ Process ]

Five steps.
No mystery.

Five steps: a short intake call, a pass at the message, design and build, your revision rounds, then launch on your own domain. A Launch Page takes about 4–5 days, a Business Site about 1–1⅓ weeks, and a Growth Site about 1⅓–2 weeks, counted from the day we have your services, hours, and photos rather than the day you pay.

[ The five steps ]

How a site actually gets built.

  1. 01

    Tell us about the business

    Day one, about 15 minutes

Services, service area, hours, how you want to be contacted, and the question a customer always asks before they book. If you have photos of real work, send them. If you do not, we work without them.

  2. 02

    We shape the message

    Days one to two

Before anything gets designed, we agree on what each page is for and what it has to say. This is where a vague “full-service solutions” homepage turns into a sentence a stranger can repeat.

  3. 03

    We design and build it

    The bulk of the timeline

Custom responsive design, real HTML, accessible interactions, and the technical SEO groundwork: titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap. You get a link to a working site, not a slide deck.

  4. 04

You read it and mark it up

    Whenever you get a minute

Reply with what is wrong. Service names, prices, the order of the pages, the photo you never liked. Each package includes its own number of revision rounds, and we tell you when a request will make the site worse.

  5. 05

We connect the domain and launch

    Launch day

We help you point your domain at the site and get it live. The domain and hosting are billed to you directly, so the finished site is yours to keep, move, or hand to somebody else.

[ Timelines ]

How long each package takes.

Bigger packages take longer because there is more to write and check, not because they sit in a queue.

One page

Launch Page

$500 USD

About 4–5 days

One scrolling page for a business that mainly needs to be found, understood, and called.

Solo operators and newer businesses with one core service.

Up to five pages

Business Site

$1,000 USD

About 1–1⅓ weeks

Up to five pages for a business with more than one service to explain.

Established local businesses that want a page per service instead of one long scroll.

Up to ten pages

Growth Site

$1,833 USD

About 1⅓–2 weeks

Up to ten pages for a business that wants each service covered properly.

Multi-crew businesses competing for more than one service in more than one town.

Every package is a fixed project price, not a subscription. Timelines start the day we have your services, hours, and photos — not the day you pay.

[ Your homework ]

What we need from you.

This is the whole list. If you have it in a text message, that is fine—there is no forty-field intake form.

  • The services you want to sell, in your own words
  • The towns or counties you serve
  • Your hours, and whether you take after-hours calls
  • The phone number, email, or booking link a customer should use
  • Photos of real work, if you have them
  • Anything you do not want on the site

[ After launch ]

What happens once it is live.

The site is yours. We are not holding it hostage behind a subscription, and there is no renewal date where it disappears.

[ Timing and revisions ]

Questions about the schedule.

01How long does it take to get my site live?

Launch Page is usually about 4–5 days, Business Site about 1–1⅓ weeks, and Growth Site about 1⅓–2 weeks. The clock starts when we have your services, hours, and photos, so most delays come from waiting on content.

02What do you need from me to start?

The services you sell in your own words, the towns you serve, your hours, the phone number or booking link a customer should use, and photos of real work if you have them. A text message is a fine format. There is no forty-field intake form.

03Does this include copywriting?

Every package includes content structure and editing. Full from-scratch copywriting can be scoped separately when you need it.

04What about hosting and domains?

We will help connect both. The domain, hosting subscription, and any paid third-party services are billed directly to you, so nothing about your site is locked behind an account we control.

05Can you keep the site updated?

Yes. We can quote a simple care plan or handle occasional updates after launch. It is not bundled into the project price.
